Outline of Proposal
The proposal within this application intends to redevelop the Gold Seal site to provide a medium density development of 21 high-quality, sustainable residential units, split into two separate Blocks, A (5-storey) and B (3-storey). The units comprise a mixture of 1–3-bedroom properties.

Block A (17 flats):
The Block B will comprise 4 x 3-bedroom 6-person houses.
The proposal represents a considered response to the site and its surroundings, addressing the need to provide new housing in Newham.
