Please only include information relevant to your enquiry and avoid sending sensitive personal information unless it is needed and we have agreed how to receive it.

We also process technical information, including IP addresses, request details and timestamps, to deliver and protect the website. Our enquiry email includes the submission time and source IP address. The contact form uses a short-lived verification question to help prevent spam.

Why we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, discuss your requirements, prepare quotations and provide agreed services. Where appropriate, this is necessary to take steps at your request before a contract or to perform a contract.

We also rely on our legitimate interests in managing business enquiries, keeping the website secure, preventing misuse and dealing with legal claims, while considering your rights. We process records to meet legal obligations where required. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Who receives it

Information is available to our team and service providers where needed for these purposes. This includes Cloudflare for website hosting, security and enquiry delivery, and our business email provider. Relevant professional advisers may receive information where needed for your enquiry or our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Our providers may process information outside the UK. International processing must be covered by the safeguards required under UK data protection law, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual protections. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for the time needed to respond and handle related follow-up. If an enquiry becomes a project, relevant records are kept for the project and any period needed for legal, accounting, insurance or claims purposes. Retention depends on the nature of the enquiry, whether work proceeds and applicable record-keeping requirements.

Contact verification expires after ten minutes and is removed when used; expired verification records are cleared during routine maintenance. Security providers manage their own operational records under their applicable retention policies.

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, restrict its use, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or receive certain information in a portable form.
